Today is the 2nd day ibu n ayah join the Clark Hatch. Actually today training more to try all the equipment in each level. Instructor spent his time around 1 hour to guide ibu n ayah how to use the equipment. Actually ibu n ayah lebih suka equipment yang fokus to hip n tummy only. x suka yg bina2 otot ni. But untuk seimbangkan poster badan kita so ibu n ayah need to know n to use all the equipments there. But still also can more focus @ the target part.
Actually today ibu n ayah ader appointment utk body measure Tapi disebabkan schedule yg ibu n ayah pilih clash ngan client lain, so ibu n ayah decide to measure on the next visit. So hari ni ibu n ayah dah start untuk misi capai target masing2. Enjoy the pics......

banyak2 equipment yg ibu guna, this one yg paling mencabar sekali, push bagai nak rak tapi equipment tetap tak nak gerak. padahal load baru 5kg (paling ringan). tapi dengan dorongan n sokongan drp ayah n instructor (fendy), akhirnya berjaya juga ibu buat.

p/s: ayah promise ibu ari ni nak training selama 2 jam, tapi disebabkan ayah dah x sabar nak rasa pizza yg dia buat n kepala pun dah imagine pizza yg comel tu, maka ibu setuju training ari ni selama 1 jam setengah jer. but next time kena disiplin 2 hours ok.........
